Cardio Attack is a fun and crafted fitness program that gets you moving using aerobic and callisthenic modalities coupled with Capoeira principles of attack and defense.  You will feel invigorated in this high energy intensive class that caters for all levels of physical proprioception and that will guarantee results.

The purpose of the Adubo class is to improve your quality of movement in your everyday life from the ground up. Adubo classes are designed to complement your chosen way to move and exercise through improving flexibility, mobility and strength, along with coordination, agility and body awareness.
