WHERE YOU NURTURE POSITIVE ORGANIC HABITS THROUGH MOVEMENT, MINDFULNESS & MASTERY

The Organic Habits class is about nurturing and developing functional habits and routines that allow us to find the best version of ourselves. The class has three dimensions; Movement, Mindfulness and Mastery.

Movement

In the movement dimension, you will explore holistic body movement that are designed to free you from the shackles of the modern western lifestyle. To increase your range of movement so that you can experience movement with the playfulness and joy of our children. The movement dimension is also designed so that we can explore all the opportunities in our daily lives to integrate movement so that it becomes a part of our lifestyle and not just a class we attend once a week.

Mindfulness

In the mindfulness dimension, you will explore the idea of how we can pursue our greatest potential. Through self-reflection on various aspects of our modern lives and delving into the principles and ideas of positive emotion, positive engagement, positive relationships, positive meaning, positive achievement and positive health, you will seek to find the best version of yourself.

Mastery

In the mastery dimension, you will explore what it means to achieve the state of flow in which one is able to hyper focus on the attainment of skill. In the busy and distracting modern world, we will seek to find ways to quieten our mind and our bodies so that we may fully and whole-bodily engage ourselves with our goals.

Our mission is universal, to find the best version of ourselves, in mind and body, and build positive organic habits.
